Biography
GAO Bin is Deputy Director at CAS Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology and Immunology. He published several research papers on immunotherapy.
Research Interest
The research in Gao Bin’s lab is focused on immune responses regulated by interaction between MHC class I molecule and T cell receptor, specifically, the assembly of MHC class I molecules with peptides of invaders, the molecular basis of antigen processing and the involvement of MHC class I-receptors interaction in auto-immune diseases. The lab is also engaged in development of immunotherapy by means of manipulation of MHC-TCR interaction and elucidation of functional-structural basis of immune macromolecules.
